Filip Łapiński was a contestant who appeared on 2002 Children's Day specials (1st & 2nd June) of Milionerzy winning 32 000 zlotys to a charity TVN Nie jesteś sam after answering the final question incorrectly.

He was also the first non-American and European contestant to get to the final question without the use of any lifelines, and the fourth ever contestant to do this. The previous contestants to save their lifelines for question 15 were John Carpenter (the first ever Millionaire), David Goodman and Steve Perry. Perry was the only one to not win the top prize, up to Filip's game.
