Jodi Picoult (born on May 19, 1966) is an American writer. She was awarded the New England Bookseller Award for fiction in 2003. She is known as making approximately 14 million copies of her books are in print worldwide, translated into 34 languages. Jodi appeared as an expert for the "Ask the Expert" lifeline on the U.S. version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? on August 17, 2009 during the 10th Anniversary Primetime Celebration.
