The third season of Qui veut gagner des millions?, the French version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, was broadcast on TF1 on 1 July 2002 and was divided into two sessions which lasted a total of fifty-eight consecutive nights until 2 May 2003.
The first session was broadcast from 1 July to 23 August 2002. The second session took place between 16 December 2002 and 4 January 2003. Top prize was 1.000.000 €. Hosted by Jean-Pierre Foucault.

- In FFF for some episodes, there were 8-9 candidates in the studio instead of 10.
- In 27th episode, Didier used all three lifelines on one question, but answered the question wrong and walked away with 1.500 €.
- In 30th episode, on Pierre's 12.000 € question, 58% voted for wrong answer, but 35% were right.
- In 64th episode, on Corinne Touzet and Jean-Pierre Pernaut's 72.000 € question, 67% were wrong, but 20% were right.
- In 65th episode, couple Alice Dona and Raphaëlle Ricci used all three lifelines on one question.
