The twenty-eighth series of the UK version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? ran for 6 consecutive nights on ITV, from 2 April to 19 December 2011. It was hosted by Chris Tarrant. It lasted for only 6 episodes, with all of them being specials. It was also the first series to be produced by Victory Television.

Since this series, celebrity specials has appeared more often, as the series begins to end its run. The set also had a major overhaul.
