Shannon Sullivan, a math major from St. John's, Newfoundland, was the third contestant on the Canadian version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? on September 13-14, 2000. He won CA$1,000 after answering his CA$16,000 question incorrectly.

He was the first contestant not to use all of his lifelines as he did not use his Phone-a-Friend, as well as the first not to use Ask the Audience on one of the first five questions.
