Takeshi Kitano (Japanese: 北野 武) or Beat Takeshi (Japanese:ビートたけし) (January 18,1947) was a celebrity contestant on the Japanese version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. On September 18, 2008, in first time he appeared with three standard lifelines, but answered the Top Prize question wrong. On the same day he appeared for the second time where three standard lifelines were replaced by three Phone-a-Friend (Twice phoned on 14th question). Despite this, he answered the penultimate question wrong. On January 30, 2009 (in third time) he returned to win the Top Prize.

This Top Prize he donated for the school of Zomahon county, Benin.
